BIOGRAPHY

Born in 2008 in Granollers (Barcelona), Ángel Molina began his musical training at the age of five, studying piano and music theory at a local school. At seven, he began playing guitar, but paused his studies one year later. In 2020, at the age of eleven, he returned to playing on his own initiative, developing his skills through self-taught learning.

He currently continues his training at Taller de Músics, one of the most prestigious musical institutions in Spain.

Alongside his studies, Ángel is gaining professional experience as a live guitarist, performing in concerts, galas, television appearances, and various musical projects both nationally and internationally.

With a clear artistic vision and constant dedication, Ángel is actively working to build a professional career as a guitarist, with the goal of collaborating with world-class musicians and contributing to high-level musical productions both in the studio and on stage.

Guitarist — Premios Juventud 2026
Performed as electric guitarist alongside ROBI, Puerto Rican urban artist, at the Premios Juventud gala held at Starlite Marbella.

Guitarist — Oliver Filgaira
Guitarist for Oliver Filgaira, semifinalist of TV3's Eufòria. Performed during the Cadena Dial Summer Tour 2026, as well as at Luz de Gas and on Televisió de Badalona.

Guitarist — Ebonyvoice | Bruno Mars Tribute
Guitarist for Ebonyvoice, a Bruno Mars tribute show performing across major venues in Catalonia, including Sala Apolo and Luz de Gas.

Guitarist — A Night Of Queen
Guitarist for A Night Of Queen, one of the youngest Queen tribute bands in Europe, performing across different venues and events throughout Catalonia and Spain.

Other Live Performances
In addition to these projects, experience performing as an electric guitarist in different concerts, galas and live events, including performances at Teatre Casino L'Aliança del Poblenou and other venues.

Early Years and Training

Ángel Molina began studying piano and music theory at the age of five, enrolling in a local music school to begin his formal training. He started playing guitar at seven, but paused his studies one year later. In 2020, at the age of eleven, he returned to the instrument with steady dedication and a self-taught approach, laying the foundation for his artistic growth.

2024/2025: Studied at L'Orquestra Aula de Música with professors Karlos Abril and Rubén Alcázar.
2025: Currently enrolled at the Taller de Músics, one of the most prestigious music schools in Spain, studying Musical Language with Cris Canet (vocal coach to Rosalía, composer, and expert in music psychology) and Guitar with Artur Cabanas (guitarist and composer, known for his album 1000 KM and member of bands like Todos los Gatos).
2026: Enrolled in the C.O.S. at the Taller de Músics, a preparatory program for admission to Higher Music Education . The program includes Harmony, Musical Language, Composition, and Instrument (Electric Guitar), providing comprehensive preparation for the entrance exams and further professional music studies.

Personalized course with professional guitarist Danny Gómez (guitarist for We Will Rock You Musical, Pimpinela, and CEO of Dirty Boy), who has worked closely with Brian May.
Asatonics course by Mateus Asato (guitarist for Bruno Mars).
Training through the Guitarraviva course, taught by instructors such as Sacri Delfino, Pedro Andrea, and Carlos Asensio, among others.

Self-Trainig

He complements his learning with books recommended by guitarist Sus Vásquez (known for her work with Benson Boone, Karol G, among others), along with video tutorials and independent study. The guidance and inspiration from Danny Gómez have been, and continue to be, fundamental in refining his technique and style, as well as shaping his musical vision.

Complementary Academic Training

Since 2024, he has been studying at the Institut de Tècniques Audiovisuals i de l’Espectacle de Barcelona (ITAEB), receiving specialized training in sound, production, and audiovisual techniques focused on live performance. As part of his studies, he has completed internships at the renowned Sala Razzmatazz, where he has been involved in setting up and operating technical equipment for live shows, gaining valuable hands-on experience in real-world environments.

Home Recording

He also has experience in home recording, which has given him practical knowledge of music production and self-editing.

INSPIRATION

Ángel Molina draws inspiration from some of the most influential guitarists, including Brian May, whose technique and style have deeply shaped his playing. A central figure in his development is Danny Gómez, whose ongoing guidance and mentorship are essential to his technical and musical growth, offering insights that continue to define his artistic approach.

He is also particularly inspired by Mateus Asato, admiring both his expressive technique and the impact he has had on modern guitar. Asato’s professional journey motivates Ángel to keep refining his own style and musical identity.

Ángel recognizes the legacy of legends like Eddie Van Halen and Jimi Hendrix, whose creativity, virtuosity, and innovation have left a lasting mark on his evolution as a performer.

He also values the career of Sus Vásquez, a guitarist known for her versatility and experience performing with artists such as Benson Boone and Karol G. Her path serves as a constant source of motivation and learning.

In terms of musical taste, Ángel embraces a wide range of styles—from classic rock, with iconic bands like Queen and The Beatles, to contemporary pop, following artists such as Bruno Mars and Benson Boone. This diversity allows him to adapt confidently to different musical contexts and projects.
